CANCELLATION POLICY

Your reservations are very important to me; it is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens and you may need to adjust or cancel at times. I respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. I ask that you hold your reservation with a card. My cancellation fee is as follows -A charge of 50% of the services booked will be applied to the card on file for appointments without a 24-hour notice of cancel. -A no show charge of 100% of the services booked will be applied to the card on file for guests who do not call to cancel/move appointment. -I require a deposit of $100 for any appointment that will exceed the amount of 3 hours at the time of booking. If I am not able to receive the scheduled services for any reason, I authorize HairDreams by Bekah to charge my card the associated cancellation/no show fees. I understand that any reasons for cancellation does not exclude me from the terms above. These cancellation policies allows the time to notify any standby guests of an opening as well as keeping the stylists booked filled.
